Terms and Conditions –

Prepayment terms and conditions: (Modify the reservation – cancel the reservation – not show up for collection)

First: Modification Terms for Confirmed Bookings

– Modifications to confirmed bookings are allowed up to 24 hours before the vehicle pick-up time..

– Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be changed to a different vehicle category, and the customer is required to pick up the vehicle that was confirmed.

– The customer must collect the vehicle from the branch specified in the booking, and it cannot be collected from another branch once confirmed.

** If a modification is made within the permitted time and there is a price difference, the following applies:  

1- If the modification results in a refund due to the customer, the remaining amount will be returned upon contract closure, according to the payment method used

2-If the modification results in an additional amount due, it must be paid electronically or upon vehicle pick-up (at the time of contract creation).

Second: Cancellation Terms for Confirmed Bookings:

1- If the booking is canceled 24 hours before the vehicle pick-up time, the full prepaid amount will be refunded to the customer via a reversal transaction using the original payment method.

2- If the customer does not show up at the scheduled pick-up time, the booking will remain confirmed for 4 hours after the scheduled time. After that, it will be considered expired, and the rental charge for one day will be deducted, with the remaining amount refunded according to the payment method.

3- If someone other than the registered renter (as per the app booking) arrives to pick up the vehicle, and delivery is not possible, a one-day rental fee will be deducted for the renter’s failure to appear.

4- If the customer cannot be authorized (e.g., expired driver’s license or service suspension), the booking will be rejected for non-compliance with rental requirements, and the full prepaid amount will be refunded.

Third: Refund Terms (Reimbursement of Booking Amount):

1- For payments made via credit card or other available electronic methods, the refund will be reversed to the original payment method within a maximum of 3 business days, subject to the payment provider’s terms and conditions.

2- If the customer fails to meet rental requirements after prepayment, the amount paid will be refunded within a maximum of 3 business days to the same payment method used.

Fourth: No-Show / Loss of Rental Terms for Prepaid Bookings:

1- If the booking is not canceled before the pick-up time and the vehicle is not collected on the scheduled date and time, a one-day rental charge will be deducted as compensation for holding the vehicle and preventing it from being rented to another customer.

2- The contract will be considered active from the actual vehicle pick-up time, and the allowed grace period for collection after booking confirmation is 4 hours, after which the booking will be considered expired.

Fifth: Early Pick-Up / Early Return:

1- In the event of early return of the vehicle before the end of the rental period, only the actual rental days will be charged. No refund applies for unused days, in accordance with contract terms.

2- The customer is not permitted to arrive for pick-up earlier than the scheduled time and must adhere to the confirmed date, time, and branch stated in the booking.

Sixth: Credit Card and Reservation Rejection Policy” 

A valid credit card may be required upon vehicle collection. The company reserves the right to decline the booking and refund the amount paid in accordance with its policy if the card is unavailable or does not meet requirements.

Seventh: International Authorization and Visa Adjustment: 

If the customer holds an exit/re-entry visa, an international authorization fee (additional charge) will be applied.
If the exit/re-entry visa is canceled, the customer must update the visa status in the system to allow issuance of the traffic authorization.

Eighth: Security Deposit:

 A security deposit of SAR 3,000 will be pre-authorized on the customer’s credit card.
The amount will only be charged for GCC citizens and visit visa holders if authorization cannot be completed.
The pre-authorized amount will be released within 21 days after vehicle return, once it is confirmed that no traffic violations exist.
