Terms and Conditions –

Prepayment terms and conditions: (Modify the reservation – cancel the reservation – not show up for collection)

First: Terms and conditions of amendment to the confirmed reservation:

– The period allowed to amend the confirmed reservation (4 hours before the time of receiving the car).

– If the customer wishes to exchange on another car other than the category confirmed by the reservation, he is obligated to pay the remaining amount for the required category and is not entitled to upgrade to a higher category (provided that it is available in the branch).

– The customer is obligated to attend the branch in which the reservation is confirmed and it is not possible to receive from another branch after confirmation

** If the booking is modified and there is a difference in the amount, the following will be followed:  

1- If the amendment results in an amount due to the customer, the rest of the amount will be returned upon closing the contract (through the branch)

2- If the amendment results in an amount payable, payment of the amount will be made available by electronic payment \ upon receipt of the car (upon creation of the contract).

Second: Terms and conditions of cancellation on the confirmed reservation:

1- If the reservation is canceled 24 hours before the time of receiving the car, the reservation amount will be returned after deducting 25% of the rental value for one day and refunding the rest of the amount paid through a reverse process to the customer’s account.

2- If the reservation is canceled and if the receipt is not made within 24 hours before receiving the car, (the value of the car rental for one day) will be deducted from the reservation value and the rest of the amount will be returned to the other days.

3- In the event that the identification documents (national identity – driver’s license) are not brought – or another person attends to receive other than the tenant using the application, and this resulted in canceling the reservation, 25% of the value of the one-day rent will be deducted.

4- In the event of inability to authorize the customer (expired driving license – suspension of services), 25% of the value of the one-day rent will be deducted and the reservation will be canceled.

Third: Terms and conditions of refund of the reservation amount (refund):

1- When paying by credit card, the amount will be returned to the customer’s account within 5 working days from the date of cancellation on the same card used at the time of payment or by visiting the nearest branch, taking into account holidays and official holidays.

2- The customer chooses to transfer the refund amount to (points – balance) that can be used – payment through those points if the reservation is made again Payment upon direct rent from the branch for the next times.

3- If the rental conditions are not met and the payment is made on the reservation, the amount paid will be refunded within 5 working days for the same credit card by visiting the nearest branch, taking into account holidays and official holidays

Fourth: Terms and conditions of non-attendance / loss of rent for prepaid confirmed reservation:

1- In the event that the reservation is not canceled before the time of receipt and the car is not received on the date and time specified for receipt, (the value of the car rental for one day) will be deducted from the reservation value in compensation for our inability to rent the car to another person to keep it for the confirmed reservation

2- In the event of non-attendance for pickup, the prepaid value will be refunded, the value of the car rental for one day will be deducted from the value of the car rental for one day) in compensation for our inability to rent the car to another person to keep it for the confirmed reservation

3- The check-out time for the car is calculated from the time of confirmation and not from the actual pick-up time (with 1 hour delay allowed for pick-up after the confirmation time)

Fifth: Early Return / Early Receipt:

1- (The remaining amount will be returned if the car is returned before the specified time) through the delivery branch of the car

2- The customer is not entitled to attend for collection before the specified time for reservation and commitment to the date and time of booking

Sixth: 

It may require a credit card when renting according to the company’s policy

Seventh: 

In the event of an exit and re-entry visa, the value of the international authorization (additional fees) will be added / the exit and re-entry visa will be canceled so that we can issue the traffic authorization.

Eighth:

 A security deposit of SAR 3000 will be reserved – the amount will be withdrawn only for GCC citizens and visit visa holders in the event of inability to authorize (visitor) and the amount seized on the credit card will be returned 21 days after the delivery of the car when it is confirmed that there are no traffic violations.
